Studio Policy

Thank you for your interest in renting Le Marchea Studio. You are in for a versatile and creative experience during your rental period here at Le Marchea Studio to freely create for your photography, videography, small events, workshops, etc.

To ensure your experience and time at Le Marchea Studio are is safe, comfortable and you receive the time you need, the following policies have been set in place and will be applicable to all studio sessions.


Session Time

Studio sessions are by appointment only. All clients are expected to arrive on time to ensure you are able to have your full scheduled session time. Your rental time begins promptly at the agreed upon start time and ends promptly at the agreed upon end time. Please ensure you’ve scheduled enough time for set up, break down, and contingency time as needed. If your session runs over your agreed upon period, you will automatically be charged another hour ($125/hr weekday, or $175/hr weekend).


Session Fee

Your session fee is due upon booking. The session fee includes option of 2 separate studio spaces, furniture , props within the space, dressing room, access to unlimited snack bar, seamless backdrops, backdrop stand, and V-flats.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

We are very understanding to unexpected occurrences and or illnesses that may arise so we ask to let us know within 72 hours and we’d be happy to accommodate a new time and date. Any cancellation/rescheduling requests within 48-72 hours prior to rental date results in 50% of rental fee to be retained. Any cancellation/rescheduling requests within 48 hours prior to rental date results in 100% of rental fee to be retained and booking date and time will need to be rescheduled with new contract and payment.



We accept credit and debit card payments only. All payments will be through secured link. No checks or Paypal payments accepted.


Studio Use Policies

Guests are expected to leave the studio in the order and cleanliness it was upon arrival. Cleaning and disposal of all used trash and belongings from the floors, furniture, dressing room, snack area, etc. Please don't adhere anything to walls or floors without prior approval. If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the repairs. Failing to do so may result in loss of your studio rental privilege and an invoice containing a separate cleaning or repair fee.

The following are not allowed at any time unless with written permission from the studio owner or manager:

  • Fires

  • Candles

  • Smoking

  • Pets

  • Glitter

  • Cake Smash Sessions

  • Sand

  • Anything that will stain the floors, walls, or furniture

  • Nails, pins, etc. on the walls



All clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Guest are responsible for the actions and wellbeing of your clients while on studio premises. Music and noise are to be kept at a reasonable levels.


Certificate of Insurance

Le Marchea Studio requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all rentals. Your insurance company will need to list Le Marchea Studio on your policy as "additional interest", "interested party", or certificate holder" and a copy of the certificate is required within 48 hours of your scheduled rental session.



Client agrees to hold harmless, Le Marchea Studio, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session on location or while on the studio premises. Le Marche Studiot and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you, your employees, your clients, or any damage to your property during the session while on location or while on studio premises.

Le Marchea Studio reserves the right to cancel or terminate any scheduled session for any reason they deem necessary.

Where is the studio?

The studio is located at 1526 E Forrest Ave Suite 280 East Point, Ga 30344


Tell me about parking/building access?

There is free on site parking in the parking lot located at the South Entrance of the building available for use if the non-reserved parking space is free. Upon accessing the building you will be greeted by a security guard Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, excluding holidays. After hours and weekends, access to the building will be granted by being buzzed in by our team. The building that houses the studio has elevators and the south entrance has ramp access, which is handicap accessible.


When can I rent the space?

Monday- Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM, rates starting at $130/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.

Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 AM- 6PM

Please inquire for event rates which require a 8 hour minimum booking.

A 10% discount will be applied for bookings over 8 hours. Feel free to send requests for extended hours.


What are the rates to book?


Weekday Rates:

Side A $125/hr

Side B $100/hr

Both sides $200/hr


Weekend Rates:

Side A: $175/hr

Side B: $125/hr

Both sides: $275/hr


*2 hour minimum


Side A (1349 sq ft)

Side B (849 sq ft)




What photo equipment is available?

  • Glow EZ Lock Collapsible Silver Beauty Dish (42") (1)

  • V World V Flats (1)

  • Sandbags (4)

  • Backdrops 9’ : Studio White, Mocha


What else is included?

tIncluded in your rental are several pieces of furniture and accent pieces that have been staged to infuse for your photoshoot needs, all which can be switched around and swapped up as needed. You will also find clothing steamer, rolling clothing rack, hair & makeup stations, full-length mirrors, heat & AC and the restroom located just 20 feet from the studio space.

How many people can be in the studio at one time? We allow up to 30 guests per session without special permission or an additional fee. If your project requires more than 30 people present, please let us know the nature of your event via the contact page to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Can we access the studio early? Can we leave late? Based on availability, you may purchase additional studio time on the front or back end of your reservation. If you leave late, you will be automatically charged $75 per every half hour.

Is food and drink allowed in the studio? Food and drink are allowed in the studio. For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, please do your best not to stain any seating/furniture with food or drink. Dark or red drinks (ex: red wine, cranberry juice, etc) are not allowed in the studio.

Are pets allowed in the studio? Pets are not allowed inside the building our studio is located in, so subsequently pets are not allowed in the studio.
